Luis pinto Benavides (he / him)

Originally from venezuela and based in Barcelona, Luis has been inspired by the main schools of Shibari/Kinbaku that exist today. Beyond the complicated knots and patterns that many people associate with Shibari, Luis' goal is to bring the ropes closer to people so that they can focus on establishing intimacy, connection and enter into the realm of Sacred Play.

He draws on his experience with Tantra as a tradition that teaches us to embrace and be present with our Life Force in all its manifestations and different polarities in which it can appear, as well as studying other traditions of Sacred Sexuality and Esoterica such as the Trans-Himalayan Teachings and body practices.

He brings several years of experience as a martial artist in grappling and jiujitsu. For him, body practices translate directly into how we move, feel and are present in life.
